Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting full-life cycle recruiting for our Global Manufacturing & Supply and Global Quality (GMSGQ) business functions.
We are looking for 3 Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to support our Biologics Operating Unit, Global Functions and our Plasma Operating Unit.
As the TA Partner, GMSGQ Biologics, you’ll partner with managers to find great talent for our Biologics Operating Unit, a network of manufacturing sites producing cell-based therapies that treat many rare diseases across the franchises of Internal Medicine, Genetic Disease, Gastroenterology, and Hematology.
In support of GMSGQ Global Functions, you’ll be identifying talent for roles in teams like Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, and more.
And if you’re working with our GMSGQ Plasma Operating Unit, you’ll be supporting a network of manufacturing sites that produce plasma-derived therapies for patients around the globe.

How you will contribute.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce, and a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle to include sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
Manage process feedback loops and provide continuous improvements.
Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required.
Create diverse talent pools for business-critical roles, proactively, applying talent sourcing and candidate management tools (HiredScore, Avature) Build relationships with and manage the performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies.
Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and/or relevant experience with transferrable skills.
Experience working at a contingent or retained search firm a plus.
Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to various external and internal stakeholders.
Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
This position is hybrid to Lexington, MA requiring to be in the office at least 5 days per month.
