SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER

Supply Chain Project Manager - Our Center of Expertise team is building a leading organization rooted in a culture of continuous improvement, clean process design, and adoption of the latest technology and automation innovations. We are very excited to welcome a new **Supply Chain Project manager**!The role is based in our **Barueri,** Brazil office. Youll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems. You will be responsible for implementing complex projects in one or multiple sites. The project lead sets directions and defines a work plan, resources, and rituals following the SC science methodology to implement use cases in an agile way (build models and interact with experts at the plants). **Main responsibilities**:- Manage advanced analytics and business process improvements projects at manufacturing sites & supply chains- Coordinate a multi-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end-user stakeholders- Drive digital mindset within the organization- Develop expertise on key digital themes in the Manufacturing and supply chain areas, such as Real-Time Process Optimization, development of digital apps, machine learning, AI- Lead diagnostics and perform Kaizens- Manage project portfolio and productivity tracking- Projects financial benefit validation**Job Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)- 10 years prior experience in production and supply chain processes- Project Management skills (planning, rituals, tracking, KPIs, stakeholder management) - at least 5 years experience managing projects- Ability to lead change and deliver results- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization**Training / Certifications**:- Business Translator training- Project Management training- Data Scientist Basic- Scrum Master / Agile Methodology certification- APICS CSCP or CPIM and SCOR- 6 sigma Green Belt (preferred)**IFF is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**:
