SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - REMOTE

The ideal candidate will have strong logistics skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of inventory management, supplier relationships, and distribution channels.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of electric scooters and spare parts, effectively coordinating with the Supply Chain Department in HQ.
- Identify and establish relationships with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of components.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, ensuring production schedules meet business demands.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to supply chain efficiency, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure that vehicles are serviced and available as needed.
- Manage logistics for the delivery and redistribution of spare parts and electric scooters across cities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.
\n Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken) - 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a tech-driven or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Familiarity with micromobility or urban mobility is a plus.
