SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Supply Chain Manager - We are looking for a professional with energy, experience and talent to lead our Supply Chain area in South America. - Lead and develop own Area supply chain processes, persons, performance and local suppliers- Manage and develop own Area project procurement, operative procurement and logistics- Responsible for increasing savings, flexibility and sustainability in supply chain in own Area- Support all internal stakeholders for achieving joint results- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement supply chain strategies that are aligned with the corporate and business objectives, and translate these into annual plans and actions- Lead the function''s development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures and compliance activities to ensure that all organizational objectives are met with quality, continuous improvement, safety and sustainability. Make sure the sustainability audits are done according to the annual plan- Challenge team members to continuously improve key competences and skills, emphasize a learning orientation and manage performance effectively- Develop collaboration among Areas, implementing other Areas best practices to own Area- Actively participate in the Valmet supply chain management team and act as the channel between it and own Area- Additional responsibility of CCC Area HoSCs: develop supply chain teams that serve high-cost Areas and BLs when increasing Valmet competitiveness by increasing CCC footprint (own personnel + suppliers)- Act as the data owner what comes to the own BL supplier data and supply chain related item dataTo be successful in this position, you will need:- Graduation degree in Engineering or Business Administration with more than 15 years of experience. - Fluent English and Spanish- Systemic and strategic vision in a complex business environment- Experience in Supply Chain teams management based in technology- Experience with negotiation and commercial contract elaboration- High level of engagement and a proactive approach- Excellent network ability, leadership and negotiation. - Availability to travelIf you believe that can be successful in this position and is aligned with all requirements above, do not hesitate to enroll yourself.
