Supplier Quality Engineer - Objectives and tasks of the position:Ensuring knowledge transfer between project team / SQM / suppliersContinuous improvement of our products and the procurement processContinuous expansion of our product and process know-howAchieving the highest customer and employee satisfactionAchievement of the set cost, deadline and quality targets Key responsibilityInterface between Development / Purchasing / Quality Representative and SQM within tkInterface between TK-Dynamic Components and SuppliersResponsible for the supplier quality issues within the project team (serial projects)Monitoring the status of components during the project phase (serial projects)Support of project managers in all supplier topics from prototype to series phaseHandling of all sample parts for counter measurement for production plant PPOC (independent of project)Support SQM at supplier base in the region: execution of process release audits at suppliers and validations of series complaints Requirement profile/professional competence:Degree in EngineeringIn-depth knowledge / professional experience in the automotive industry, especially supplier managementExtensive knowledge of root cause analysis (8D, 5 PQ, Ishikawa 5W2H, etc. )Experience in the application of QM tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA, etc. )Extensive knowledge of GD&TEnglish spoken and written; other foreign languagesadvantageous. Special requirements/special working conditions:Interest in working in a multicultural environment. Able to work in a team, interdisciplinary and international cooperation with internal and external departmentsUnderstanding of project managementAssertiveness; responsible thinking and actingPersonality with good communication skills, good analytics and systematic working methodsWork with the supplier to systematically reduce the failure rateGood knowledge of current methods of quality management and readiness for permanent further training in the specialist fieldWillingness to travel
