Team Overview:In this position, you would be working in the Fuel Ops team, which is responsible for maintaining the Fuel Marketplace balance, while engaging drivers to refuel at the partner gas stations. Role Responsibilities:- Support the development of an incentives strategy to obtain a better Fuel Marketplace balance; - Understand the driver''s journey from a behavioral perspective, aiming to create innovative solutions for enhancing it; - Monitor main KPIs for each initiative within a Continuous Improvement Model, proposing changes when necessary; - Map and define processes in general.
