About the Role As a key member of our RetailOps team, you will.
Be the primary liaison between the Latam RetailOps team and Brazil’s commercial and operational teams.
Support the implementation of regional initiatives in Brazil, adapting them to meet local needs.
Lead training and enablement efforts for both unmanaged and managed stores to drive engagement and success on our platform.
Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to help local teams reach their goals.
What You’ll Do Lead communication and collaboration between Brazil's commercial, operational, and strategy teams and the regional RetailOps team.
Design, test, and implement regional initiatives tailored to Brazil's unique market.
Drive training and engagement efforts to ensure our partners are fully equipped to succeed on our platform.
Act as the commercial and operational expert for Brazil, closely tracking performance and proposing strategic solutions.
What You’ll Need 3+ years of experience in commercial, business operations, or strategic planning.
Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize effectively based on impact and effort.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with detailed quantitative analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide scalable solutions.
A positive, collaborative, and resourceful mindset with a \"can-do\" attitude.
Experience working with global teams and building relationships across a matrix organization.
