Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
Preferred qualifications.
Experience with capacity planning models.
Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.
Experience building dashboards in BI tool.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities Partner with Strategy and Operations and Professional Services leadership to create best practices for staffing and utilization management.
Lead weekly staffing meetings with Professional Services teams and ensure supply and demand forecasts are accurate.
Work independently to match consultants with projects based on skillset, availability, timezone and other constraints.
Partner with team leadership to manage assigned consultants utilization, bandwidth and well being.
Develop new metrics for tracking staffing efficiency.
Create and maintain strong relationships with practice managers and consultants.
