Ss&O Powermax Finance Manager - Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesReview the Sonic-based pacing for Transactional Americas segment managed through PMx, validating the base case, identifying risks & opportunities and connecting with the commercial and fulfillment teams to materialize/mitigate as needed. Develop PMx expertise in the region across multiple functions (OTR Finance, FP&A, Operations, Fulfilment, etc. ), purifying roles and responsibilities based on the global standard HDGT Services model. For Upgrades projects, support the teams in creating GPIDs and set up projects in the system. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services. Required QualificationsBachelors Degree from an accredited university or collegeWorking experience (minimum 4 years) financial work experience in a global business environmentDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations Proactive in driving results in a fast-paced environment Operational mindset and interested in developing finance and business acumen FMP / Corporate Audit Staff graduate (GE Employees only) Strong oral and written communication skills Bachelors Degree in Finance or Engineering from an accredited college or university Masters Degree in Finance or Economics is preferred Knowledge of products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
