Lead the design and deployment and follow through of the unitâs SRM Petcare agenda and drive capability build of SRM across the org; coordinates Pricing Council.
What will be your key responsibilities? Line manage SRM Team;Â Leads and integrates all SRM activities for Plan delivery of Pricing, Promo ROI, Trade ROI, Trade Architecture and Mix commitments; Represent SRM in the S&OP+ cycle and lead Pricing council;Â Drives capability build of SRM across the organization;Â Partners with Category Leadership, Portfolio, Activation and Sales Teams to drive more compelling Retailer Value Propositions.
Manages & monitors SRM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level SRM processes & tools for capabilities building; Signs off Pack/ Pricing Framework and Promo Playbook designed by the Price/ Pack Lead and Trade/TPE Analyst respectively; What can you expect from Mars?
