SR PROPOSALS MANAGER

Sr Proposals Manager - R UCKUS Networks builds and delivers purpose-driven networks that perform in the tough, unique environments of the industries we serve. Our Team is looking for a Sr. Proposals Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Leads and manages the overall development process of formal responses such as RFPs, proactive proposals, and detailed proposal-related questionnaires. Leads cross-functional teams of Subject Matter Experts to address customer questions within the requested deadline. Oversees and produces cover letters and executive summaries in a persuasive, technically relevant manner. Maintains, updates, and adds to proposals self-help resources including managing content updates. Researches and describes products and specifications across business unit offerings. Develops a solid understanding of our product and services portfolio. Actively supports colleagues to ensure targets across the team are met. Manages the proposal process, ensuring deadlines are met, including setting up bid/no bid calls and review calls. Analyzes product and service prerequisites and identifies response requirements. Identifies key risks and requirements that deviate from corporate standards and engages stakeholders for appropriate responses. Serves as cross-functional team leader to drive consistently successful proposals with an average value of greater than $1MM USD. Oversees production of executive summaries and other customer-facing documents. Ensures compliance with commercial approval processes in line with ISO standards. Collates inputs and ensures the final document reads and flows well, formatted in line with corporate branding. Responsible for content management in each project, ensuring valuable information is shared among team members. Publicizes and maintains the proposals submission process, reporting on in-process and recently submitted proposals. Makes necessary changes to ISO processes as company policies and procedures evolve. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years working with different product lines within the organization or industry. Intermediate product knowledge and ability to make recommendations for customer requirements. Experience working with customer requirements and expectations; detail-oriented. Strong persuasive writing skills, including cover letters and executive summaries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate project leadership skills, driving others to respond with key content on time. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT). Moderate proficiency in MS SharePoint and MS Teams. Experience with Monday. com and AI/LLM chatbots for content generation. Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing multiple projects with minimal supervision. BS in communications, business, or a related field, or significant industry experience (minimum of 5 years). Compensation: The expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118,000. 00-$160,000. 00, depending on experience.
