Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be the single thread owner of the Everyday Essentials selection in Brazil Store (supermarket and drugstore items), managing the interface of key inputs and initiatives to grow and improve profitability of this strategic cohort.
This PM has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis and strategy in an ambiguous problem space.
Be willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure that we are increasing customer recurrence at our Store, while growing in an economically sustainable path.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and will have an ability to work independently to build business strategy (short/long-term) and report program's performance and opportunities to local and international sr leadership.
The PM will have a proven track record in communication skills (writing and verbal), strategic planning and stakeholders management.

delivery experience, selection, cost to serve, pricing, marketing) to ensure Everyday Essentials is prioritized and is improving key business inputs.
• Foment and scope new initiatives in partnership with central teams to drive both growth and profitability.
• Write business documents and lead reviews to senior leadership focused on formulating business strategy, setting up targets and reporting progress of inputs and outputs of the program, including growth and profitability initiatives.
• Represent Brazil in international working groups and take ownership of dedicated workstreams to explore adoption of new frameworks across all Emerging countries.
• Provide recommendations to sr leadership on reviewing the business strategy and deploy Guidance/playbook to front-level teams.
• Dive deep on internal and external data to identify opportunities to grow our selection and brands.
• Benchmark best practices on category management with other countries where Amazon operates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
