This role will be the connective tissue betweenMarketing and the sales development team. You will collaborate withCross- Functional teams to create and operationalize campaigns and initiatives thatDrive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth, as well as providingOur sales force the information required to advance sales in LATAM. Aligning teams, workflows, and resources, this role will oversee the strategy andExecution of outbound campaigns from conception to completion, creating scalableRocesses and offering insights and analytics on performance along the way. ThisRole will also work together with the sales development team to ensure they areUccessful with understanding and converting inbound marketing programs into sales- Uilding, understandsDemand generation marketing and subsequent sales qualification processes, and hasAn ability to balance and prioritize - Day- To- Day- Activities. This position is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the SeniorDirector of LATAM Marketing and is designated Confidential. ResponsibilityPartner with the sales development team in terms of all things marketing to ensureMaximum performance and conversion of demand gen campaigns e. G. , campaignsRiefing sessions, sales fundamentals, lead flow and scoring, target audienceDetermine strategy, planning, management, and execution of outbound campaignsTogether with the sales development teamDefine key sales stakeholders and develop a process for buy- In and expectationEtting during planning stages; create calendars with clear deliverables for teamsTo ensure campaign success, communication frequency, and capture feedbackDevelop framework and cadence for clear communication with sales and marketingLeadersDrive "last mile" execution where applicable based on the goals, objectives andWebinars, live events, etc. Drive the campaign setup process and tracking to ensure effective performanceReporting and contribution to pipelineEnsure lead capture and upload process has appropriate routing rulesPost campaignlaunch, work closely with sales leadership and marketing teamsRespectively, evaluating the total impact of marketing campaigns, and gatherFeedback to inform future campaigns and continually refine strategyWhat you bringBasic8+ years of high- Tech sales or marketing experienceBachelor level degreeExperience with project management and leading a team in developing and deliveringRograms within a very high velocity, shifting environmentExperience with Salesforce.
