Let us explore this together!For an overview of our work culture and benefits, click here. **Job Summary**Fixed Asset Management:- Process & record fixed asset creation & capitalization based on local requirements, IFRS and SABIC policy- Process & record capital spares based on local requirements, IFRS and SABIC policy- Process fixed asset closing activities (e. G. settlement, depreciation and amortization) based on financial closing guideline- Process & record fixed asset adjustments, transfers, de-compensation and disposal- Process & record Precious metals revaluations, adjustments and update- Drive fixed asset Physical Verification and record surplus / shortageLease Asset Management:- Process & record lease assets identification & capitalization- Process lease assets closing activities (e. G. adjustments and amortization)- Process & record lease asset residual value re-measurement, modification and terminationAsset reporting and reconciliation- Prepared Asset Performance report, with justification (monthly)- Prepared detailed reconciliation of Asset GL accounts- Validated finance QPR inputs related to Assets**What Matters to SABIC**(Job Requirements)- Minimum of 2 years experience.
