TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team in LATAM to support this fast-growing region. You''ll Do:Recruit, inspire a high-performing solutions engineering team that supports the overall business for LATAMManage relationships with client-side of engineering teams from differentverticals or industries and managing and driving joint engineering roadmapWork with sales leaders to identify business opportunities across various different verticals within the regionBuild and ship new products as well as end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teamsInfluence the road map of product development to solve the business challengesBe a technical leader as well as a thoughtful people leader and drive business growth and also people growth**Qualifications**:Bachelor''s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields8+ years of experience shipping production-quality code, including 3+ years of hands-on technical management experiencesFamiliar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to:Python, Go, Java, C/C++Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional stakeholders internally and externallyExperience in translating complex technical concepts into language for different audiences including engineers, business leaders, or client-side decision-makersExperience in advertising technology or other similar fields working with large volume data analyticsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
