About the role. . . The responsibilities include end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to assist the customer in rapid decision making and optimizing their planning process. The solution delivery is through a variety of activities including design, data analytics, configuration, deployment and knowledge management. The role would be responsible for participating in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas of improvement; analyzing data to provide decision support information; preparing business impact case study; working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution and finally creating the test-cases to ensure the solution works as per the design. You will be fully fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish would be a plus. This role will be a hybrid work approach, with a mix of onsite at our office in Av. Faria Lima, São Paulo, and some work from home time, at the manager?s discretion. What you?ll do for us?Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, o9 platform, technical architecture and value propositionLead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery for customers across industries and geographiesUnderstanding of customer?s requirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting itEffectively map the business requirements into o9?s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprintWork with a team of consultants to configure the solution for solving deep planning problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring processWork with the teams to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution processPlan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a Empresa importante user base. Actively help in improving internal processes and features by interfacing with the product teamsSupport customer demonstrationsBe a mentorand guide to junior membersTravel- 30-50%What you?ll have. . . **Experience**:Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts like Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP is requiredStrong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Firsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & build, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover and value realizationExperience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementationsExperience in statistics, machine learning, optimization is preferred**Education**:Master?s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics is preferred**Skills**:Proficient in the use of Empresa importante Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentationStrong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of dataAbility to communicate mathematical, technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical or software backgroundStrong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration / training skills are requiredCharacteristics:High empathy for customer?s business problems is requiredAbility to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zonesAbility to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunitiesPatient listener with the ability to clearly articulate her view point, to manage and deliver to customer expectation.
