Must-Have Requirements 5+ years as a Solutions Architect or similar role, specifically within the banking and finance industry. Deep understanding of banking systems, payment processing, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks in the LatAm region. Demonstrated success in modernizing or replacing legacy systems in banking and financial institutions. Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architectural frameworks. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical mentorship in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, AML / KYC, and regional financial regulations in LatAm. Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills Background in data-driven architectures is a plus, though not essential for this role. Experience working with core banking systems, digital payment platforms, or fintech solutions is highly desirable.
