SITE TRANSFORMATION LEAD

The Transformation Lead drives and manages transformative plans in Takeda.
We are looking for a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, project management & digital skills to ensure successful execution of transformation projects aligning with our goals.
Coaching will engage people through the transformational change while well being is improved.
The Transformation Lead will report to the Site Head.
You will work across the site to identify and resolve issues to allow the site to achieve its Governance Pillars in EHS, Quality, Value, People and Delivery.
How you will contribute.
Lead the Transformation Program which purpose is to define, propose, make the endorsement of organizational & processes improvements to strongly simplify and gain agility Develop and implement transformation strategies to improve business performance.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Analyze data to assess the impact of transformation plans Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of simplification, lean and continuous improvement Report on project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
