The Service Operations Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for provides effective and responsive administrative services to support the Field Service team and the Service Commercial team in day-to-day business operations and activities.
This position is part of the Services LATAM team located in Avenida Nações Unidas, Edifício Parque da Cidade - Torre Jatobá - São Paulo, SP and will be an on-site position.

What you will do.
Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to services and order status enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage estimated service deliveries by scheduling LATAM field engineers (FSE), opening and dispatching work orders and service requests in the system and collaborate with team members to manage tasks efficiently.
Manage and process the manual internal and sales orders in multiple systems, ensuring all on-time delivery (OTD) and compliance requirements.
Provide backlog updates and estimated service execution dates with Service Sales team to drive revenue generating activities.
Send for billing team list of sales orders to be invoiced in each week based on Zone requirements.
Who you are.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering/international relations (or related) Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish language is a plus).
Previous client and customer service experience & thrive in a busy customer service environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to effectively review service requests from customers, technical instructions from FE team, sales agreements, and purchase orders.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in.
Knowledge of Spanish for reading, writing, and speaking.
Knowledge on ERP systems such as SalesForce/Oracle.
