Service Now Developer - This position''s primary responsibility will be to support their growing ServiceNow implementation. This role will be to support, implement changes and requests, and work on system integrations. Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring the platform is stable, available, and performs optimally. This includes installing, updating, and configuring apps and plugins and performing semi-annual upgrades. Support by working with Administrators and End Users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues. Participate in the application roadmap guided by the ServiceNow Architects by designing, coding, and troubleshooting applications with a vision to follow Best Practices. Meet with internal/external End Users to further define business, functional, and technical requirements. Be a mentor by providing guidance, coaching, training, and documentation to Administrators and End Users. Participate in providing data, reporting, and analytics in support of business operations and metrics. Technical & Development Experience: JavaScript required; HTML, AngularJS, jQuery, and Service Portal experience preferred. Knowledge of API management (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. General and technical documentation writing based on audience. Project Management and Agile Scrum experience preferred. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent. Background in ITIL and Knowledge Management processes is preferable. Demonstrated ability to develop solutions with limited requirements. This is a permanent full time position on a fully remote basis in South America working in CST time zone.
