Service Manager - We are now looking for a growth driven business leader to further develop our area service teams to become champions in serving their customers. You will be working together with our country teams and support building world-class high value add services to our customers. You have good understanding on digitalization business opportunities and to set clear actionable plans for your teams. You know how to drive cross boarder co-operation and competence development. You understand the value of building long term customer relationships as sustainable financial success comes only through delivering high-level service. Your customers would describe you as a valued partner. You have excellent people and leadership skills. Youll balance strategic goals with day-to-day operational demands leading to a strong execution. You set clear targets, delegate, and monitor performance effectively to ensure strong engagement and accountability. Youre never afraid to be hands-on, willing to respond quickly to organizational and customer needs. You know that the best way to successfully deliver targets is through building, motivating, and developing world class teams. You constantly drive a culture of high performance. You may also lead South America wide service-related programs. Your networking, influencing and negotiation skills will allow you to easily interact with other Valmet and Automation organizations in the matrix structure. **Requirements**:You have university degree in Automation or in relevant Engineering or business management field. More than 5 years of business and sales & service management, experience in working in customer interface and wide knowledge of Valmets Automation products and services. You have also worked already in a position with profit & loss responsibility. Successful track record of leadership with an ability to build, inspire and lead teams to achieve goals and drive accountability with a key requirement being a demonstrated ability to obtain results in a matrix organization. Willingness and ability to travel, which at times may be heavy and on short notice.
