Service Desk Nível exigido.
Pleno Responsabilidades.
- Atender chamados de suporte técnico e resolver incidentes relacionados a hardware, software e redes; - Realizar manutenção de contas de usuários no Active Directory; - Instalar e configurar softwares e drivers diversos, de acordo com as necessidades dos usuários; - Gerenciar e registrar incidentes utilizando ferramentas de gerenciamento de incidentes; - Elaborar planilhas, relatórios e documentos, utilizando editores de texto e planilhas; - Garantir a continuidade dos serviços de TI, solucionando problemas técnicos de maneira eficiente e eficaz.
Requisitos Técnicos.
- Ensino médio completo; - Experiência de pelo menos 6 meses na função de Service Desk; - Experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto para suporte aos usuários; - Conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento de incidentes; - Domínio na elaboração de planilhas e uso de editores de texto (Microsoft Office, por exemplo); - Experiência na manutenção de contas de usuários no Active Directory; - Experiência na instalação de softwares e drivers; - Bom conhecimento do sistema operacional Windows; - Noções básicas de hardware e troubleshooting; - Noções básicas de rede local (LAN).
