Principais responsabilidades:
Construir relacionamento com executivos do cliente;
Atingir metas de produtividade, qualidade e comportamento;
Desenvolver e gerenciar relações estratégicas com parceiros de prestação de serviços;
Garantir que as equipes fiquem cientes das mudanças e estão preparadas para atuar;
Organizar, implementar e comunicar o status de melhorias técnicas e operacionais em andamento para contratos existentes;
Garantir a resolução efetiva de todos os problemas/melhorias levantadas em relação aos serviços prestados;
Representar profissionalmente a InventClloud;
Contribuir para o desenvolvimento contínuo de padrões/processos de MSP da InventCloud.
Habilidades e experiências:
Liderança e experiência em gestão de serviços para ambientes de missão crítica;
Tomada de decisão e de resolução de problemas;
Clareza na comunicação e atenção aos detalhes;
Capacidade e disposição para aceitar e adaptar-se a um ambiente em mudança considerando diferentes fatores, perspectivas e pontos de vista;
Experiência em Managed Services;
