Service Business Analyst - This includes regular reporting as well as collection and analysis of data for regional and global projects. The analysis can cover multiple sources of data: financial, customer, installed base, market, operational etc. The analysis will support the service organisation to increase sales and profitability, improve customer satisfaction and our service operations effectiveness and efficiency. The SBA support the service organisation to get access to relevant data through providing reports. In addition the SBA work actively to develop, implement and improve processes, systems and tools to both gather and report data, including training people on using relevant systems, tools and processes and drive quality of data. One part of this is to ensure accurate tracking of installed base (existing, new, changed and obsolete items). The SBA participates in marketing, operational and service sales planning activities and keeps track of key metrics and other operational indicators as requested and on a regular basis. **Why work for us?**- Marel is a global leader in the Food Processing Industry- We help feed the globe with our innovative machinery and full processing solutions**What youll be doing**Key elements of your role include:- Analyze business data, such as installed base, sales data, customer satisfaction, etc. , to follow up business performance and identify improvement opportunities- Perform analysis to identify new service sales opportunities in the installed base to grow the pipeline of opportunities. Communicate opportunities to service sales and equipment sales network- Support the organisation with training in processes, systems and tools to enter and access data- Participate in operational and service sales planning activities- Support development, implementation and evaluation of business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs**What were looking for**- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Math, Economy and correlated areas; - Solid experience in analytical tools like Power BI, Excel or similar required- Analytical and data driven mind set; - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; - Desirable knowledge inSpanish and VBA programming**Commitment to Global Safety**As a Marel employee you are expected to respect internal rules and actively contribute to the delivery of the corporate Safety policy and guidance to ensure Marel is a safe place to work. - To promote employee health and safety, and consistent with legal and public health guidance, Marel requires that all new hires be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
