Confidential Brazil is seeking Senior Project Manager, reporting to the EngineeringSenior Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos SP office. The SeniorProject Manager will to join the global engineering team to perform projectmanagement related tasks supporting existing and future products. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Project Manager will prepare our Programs for transformativeof the Confidential team. In this role, you will create optimization and transformation proposals forcontinuous improvements in safety, quality, value and technical solutions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs project management duties i. E. planning, managing, reporting fordelivery against key program initiativesMonitors project execution and prioritized projects based on Program commitmentsCommunicates openly and effectively with other roles and skillsets to address anyissues, concerns or roadblocks as well as identifying opportunities for efficiencyand improvementIdentifies and tracks risks and mitigation plans for key program initiativesCollaborates with internal finance team to monitor actual cost incurred againstreleased budget and support reporting requirementsBasic Qualifications Required Skills/ExperienceBachelors degree in accredited course of studyMust be legally able to workin BrazilMust have advanced/fluent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in theEnglish languageSolid experience executing project management activities i. E. definition andplanning of activities for complex comprehensive projects, identify deviations andact on those, etcMust have complete ability to create project schedules which identify time framesfor key project milestones, independently identify project resource requirements,collaborate with others on more complex projects assigned, and assist others incomplex large-scale projectOutlookKnowledge of PMBOK framework, agile methods and critical chain applied to projectmanagement. Serves as prime consultant for the skills mentionedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Experience in engineering industryExperience with Agile tool and dashboard deploymentRELOCATION:ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Current legal authorization to work in Brazil.
