Team introduction As the company continues to grow in Americas, so does theinternal communications team and we are seeking an experienced professional to bepart of our exciting growth. The internal communications team is a criticalfunction for our business and we are looking for an individual who can lead andexecute to a high standard. Department, Human Resources, Legal and various business leaders across theAmericas. This individual will lead our Americas effort to inform and connectemployees with candid and clear communications on the company''s business strategy,expectations, and other key updates they need to do their jobs effectively. **Responsibilities**:Build and execute Americas regional communication strategyand planWork with regional and Empresa importante executives and cross-functional stakeholders todevelop key messages on a proactive/reactive basisOversee the regional/LATAM town halls, all hands, and monthly business updatesMentor, train and develop a world-class internal communications function withinthe regionManage crisis communications to employees around media coverage, organizationalchanges, and related communication needsDevelop internal executive communications in the context of our company values andaligned to key business objectivesManage and establish project workflow, internal processes, and cross-teamcoordination**Qualifications**:6+ years of experience in communications with significant prior experiencesuccessfully leading the internal communications functionFluency in Portuguese requiredBachelor''s degree requiredOrganizes, clarifies and communicates complex ideas quickly, succinctly andaccuratelyHave an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced,high-growth environment, and also work collaboratively in a teamExperience working in social media, entertainment Internet, and/or technologycompaniesExperience working in a Empresa importante, multi-cultural environment is requiredTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued fortheir skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
