Scope of the role.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of various projects.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master, and possess strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently across platforms like Asana and Slack.
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering effective communication among team members.
Responsibilities.
Serve as the Scrum Master for assigned projects, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
Utilize Asana and Slack proficiently to monitor multiple channels, create new tickets, assign tasks to the appropriate team members, and manage project workflows effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, feedback exchange, and continuous improvement.
Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, gather lessons learned, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
C1 English proficiency level both written and spoken 4+ years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification preferred.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana and Slack, with the ability to navigate multiple channels and workflows.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
