What you will do We are seeking a highly qualified Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, in-depth knowledge of SAP, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities.
· Plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects according to deadlines and within budget.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
· Develop detailed project plans, monitor and control project progress.
· Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate variance analysis techniques.
· Report and escalate to management as needed.
· Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
· Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP projects.
· PMP certification or equivalent.
· In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integrations.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams.
· Advanced English and Spanish language skills to lead international projects.
Differential.
· Additional certifications in SAP.
· Experience in agile methodologies.
· Knowledge of organizational change management.
