About the Role In this opportunity as Sales Operations Sr. Manager you will: Lead the teams that support our Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence activities for Legal business in Brazil and Print business in Latam; Ensure sales discipline by orchestrating pipeline and forecast management tasks with sales leaders, being the central point for sales reporting for the business and sales leaders; Ensure consistent sales and account management communication and general support regarding proposal concepts, special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, and general sales/account management related matters, ensuring business policy and procedures are followed. Assist with the distribution of information provided to the sales employees; Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to determine overall operations and processes needs and represent Sales Operations on sales/account management related task forces; Communicate with appropriate sales teams on customer promotions and provide guidance and clarity regarding promotions. Assist in the development, administration and communication of the sales compensation plans and special incentives. Manage regional aspects of territory definition, quota setting and compensation planning together with Sales leadership; Build constructive relationships across the organization with key business partners including sales teammates, other sales teams, and other internal company departments. Support the Sales leadership in sales discussions and decisions using Sales Data / Business Intelligence. About You You are a fit for the role of Sales Operations Sr. Manager if your background includes: Previous experience leading Sales Operations / Sales Excellence structure and teams in multinational companies; Previous experience working in the Technology Industry is highly desirable; Experience running SAP and SFDC is a must. Previous experience in SAP and SFDC implementation is highly desirable; Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (Sales Data); Previous experience pushing Sales Forecast to drive the business to go beyond their goals; Degree completed is mandatory and MBA/Post Graduation is desirable; Excellent oral and written communications skills (in Portuguese, Spanish and English); Behaviors: Autonomy, Agile, Results orientation, People and Process oriented and compliance champion; Understanding of CRM usage (SFDC preferred); Leadership experience for more than 5 years is required.
