SALES & OPERATION MANAGER

Sales & Operation Manager - The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. This role will require a deep understanding of sales processes and systems, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Manage the sales forecasting process and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate revenue projectionsWork closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness and forecast accuracy. Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to senior managementManage and optimize sales systems and tools, including CRM, sales automation, and reporting toolsMonitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and optimize processesDevelop and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledgeCreate and maintain sales reports and dashboards for senior managementDevelop and implement sales strategies that align with the company''s overall goals and objectivesQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing CRM systems and other sales toolsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with senior managementProven track record of improving sales processes and driving sales growthWhen you join us, youll also be joining Danahers global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
