Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for: Manage all administrative functions within the sales team Work with the hotel management team to maximize rooms and other departments revenue Implement an action plan to increase the hotel ADR and total hotel revenue Actively assist with preparation of hotel sales strategy, budgets, sales and marketing plans Conduct market research and competition set analysis Take part in market mix and channel distribution analysis Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management QualificationsYour experience and skills include: A natural sales person striving to maximize on all sales opportunities Establish a good working relationship with your guests, visitors, and colleagues creating a team that works well together and with other departments Experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field Hospitality enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of the industry and market Efficient People Manager who thrives on leading and achieving results along with the Team Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in Turkish and English Additional InformationPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
