Sales Manager - Our identity verification and management solutions support financial services, enterprise security, healthcare, human resources, citizen ID, border management, law enforcement, defense, and intelligence. Industry-leading Aware technology helps organizations collect, manage, process, and match biometric images and data for the purposes of identification and password-less authentication. We capitalize on our biometric expertise and deep customer intimacy to ensure we delight our customers through an experience that leverages the cloud to implement a secure method by which to remotely onboard new users, to detect and manage fraudulent activity, and to provide highly accurate password less access to accounts through a mobile device or a desktop computer. This role will be focused on growing revenue, securing reference customers, developing key partnerships, and deploying Awares new products. **Role and Responsibilities**- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation of a robust sales pipeline that includes opportunities in existing accounts as well as net new business. - Systematically build a pipeline of opportunities. - Direct market activities focused on prospects in the region. - Able to present and demonstrate live Aware products- Leverage and expand an existing book of business and your outstanding reputation to build Awares brand, reputation, and revenue within the territory. - Monitor the news on the street; the pending issuance ofRFPs, the problems and challenges facing the financial and retail sector in Brazil, the mandates to comply with current or pending regulations as they relate to identity and security, and the role that biometrics can or could play in these areas. - Work closely with Aware partners to manage joint selling opportunities. - Develop close working relationships with partners while crafting joint win strategies that benefit the partner and Aware with a focus on enabling contract awards based on value. - Assist customers and/or partners in identifying use cases for compelling adoption of Aware solutions as well as articulate best practices experienced in other implementations. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts as well as a long-term account management growth strategy. - Maintain complete information on accounts, partners, and opportunities in the Aware CRM. Schedule regular activities and actions focused on maintaining a communication cadence with them. - Attend trade shows and industry events and be able to; present value propositions that promote Aware solutions and products. Evaluate industry trends and provide and present case studies to build and extend Awares thought leadership in the Brazilian and Southern Cone markets- Lead/coordinate the response on complex RFPs, producing a professional and thorough response. **Requirements**:- Selling software to business and government clients in Brazil with a proven record of success. - Bi-lingual, English and Portuguese required. Conversational Spanish is a plus. - Experience selling authentication, identification, EKYC, and cyber security software a very strong plus. - Experience selling to the Brazilian financial services industry and the Brazilian retail industry is a strong plus. - Located in Sao Paulo, BrazilAbility to Commute:- São Paulo - SP (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)Work Location: In person
