Sales Manager Job Purpose As an Area Sales Manager, you will focus on building long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth to meet company targets.
Responsibilities.
Responsible for the forecast, preparing the plan, and managing the team that will cover Mato Grosso.
Sales and Business Development Account Management Technical Support Market and Competitor Analysis Reporting and Administration Collaboration with Internal Teams Requirements.
+ 5 years of experience with Agro/Chemical products in sales area, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/Chemical industry.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Advanced English Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
Agrotech and food tech solutions and a strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop Willingness to travel Salary range.
open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November
