ROUTE TO MARKET MANAGER

Route To Market Manager - Route to Market is a key priority to accelerate our Quality Growth in Brazil and this position plays a very important role in building an efficient distribution network strategy for our business operation. In Modern Trade this position will play a transformational role by leading the optimization agenda in our direct sales operation and in-store execution. On Traditional Trade this position will make a step change on operation through leading the optimization agenda in our indirect sales operation and coverage expansion. This position also plays an Important role on Digital Commerce Channel by defining the best service model. This position has a crucial role on Digital Route to Market, once he/she needs to Identify how to leverage our coverage and our presence in the market through technology and trends and, by Identifying and bringing the insights outside in through new opportunities. He/She will be fully responsible for designing the short, mid and long-terms Route to Market Strategy, owning the preparation and presentation of the business cases to main stakeholders and tracking performance against those. Also, this position is accountable to identify possible distribution partnerships in order to maximize our presence in the field while bringing efficiencies. This position isaccountable for implementing RTM capabilities global agenda in the local business unit and for supporting the Strategic Channel Management process locally. What are we looking for?Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics or correlate areas (mandatory)Post-Graduation or MBA in correlated areas (Desirable)Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)Prior experience in Sales and in Route to Market on FMCG categoriesStrong analytical and financial skillsStanding out profileAble to deal with ambiguityAbility to negotiate and build consensusLeadership capabilitiesWhat will be your key responsibilities?Define the methodology, standards and pipeline for our customer base; Optimize execution guidelines and in-store time and activities; Improve modern trade store segmentation, coverage and route premises; Lead distributors network revision and expansion agenda; Map potential white areas and unattended outlets; Optimize our performancewithin the Distributor channel; Develop our presence in the Wholesaler channel; Improve traditional trade store segmentation, coverage and route premises; Define standards, capabilities and governance for Distributors; Identify critical operational improvements, scaling those improvements and monitoring their performance over time; Be a skilled negotiator in order to deal with complex stakeholders; Lead, develop and empower a high performing team.
