RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead programs including strategy development, supporting analysis & stakeholderEngagement for roadmap deployment for products and transformational projects. Work closely with Product Operations, Business Units, Central project managementTeams, Empresa importante tax, regional operations leaders, technical leaders, and productLeaders, to develop the network strategy. Collaborate with product vector teams to understand business needs and develop theTrategy & business case for product moves. Act as a key liaison of the Local Manufacturing Brazil team and other teams toRing cross- Functional ideas and opportunities into our organization. **REQUIREMENTS**:Strong experience in the supply chain, and preferably have a proven understandingOf Cisco''s physical supply chain network across build, ship, and warehousingOdes. Good knowledge of Brazilian Market and used to low volume, high mix environment. Strong Project Management skills and capable of pulling together project plans forRojects with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies. Ability to understandResults, handle partners and budget. Strong problem- Olving skills. Must demonstrate discernment, along with knowledge of taxes and theirImplications. Must demonstrate critical thinking, thought leadership as well as the ability toLead initiatives through implementation. As an individual contributor, strategic thinking, analytical attitude, andHands- On approach are required. Strong analytical skills and enjoy"rolling up your sleeves" to drive analyticsAnd optimizations in support of the strategy. Excellent communication skills including the ability to persuasively across allLevels of the organization and deliver presentations to senior executives,Artners, stakeholders, being able to modulate accurately according to theAudience of the content to be delivered. Ability to call out issues in a timelyManner. English written and verbal proficiency with Portuguese is very desirableAnd Spanish is a differentiator. Fast executor, self- Tarter, and organized/self- Manageable. Knowledge of BOM and its structure. 10+ years proven experience with supply chain and/or analytics and projectManagement, preferably in electronic industry.
