RETIC CENTER MANAGER

Partner with the best The RETIC Center Manager works aligned with regional and businesses teams, to identify customers’ needs for complex technical projects and programs, leveraging local entities and institutes, and helping deploy multidisciplinary teams for execution.
Duties include the coordination and facilitation, aligned with the different product segments to provide the required resources, as well as working closely with commercial teams on the development of the portfolio required to provide Brazil market with the best technology and solutions.
The Center Manager also takes handles the operations and maintenance of the buildings and infra-structure of the complex, making sure facilities and physical resources are kept in perfect conditions, shared by the several product lines and ensuring continuity for the programs in execution.
As a RETIC Center Manager, you will be responsible for.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers, scientists and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Manage team performance, provide coaching and mentorship and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the teams and with all other stakeholders.
Responsible for resource allocation, supporting project planning and execution, particularly of cross business unit or cross functional initiatives.
Demonstrate strong technical leadership and people management skills including solid communication and analytical skills with thorough understanding of end-to-end product development processes.
Influence decision making through active partnership with cross-functional teams.
Work closely with all product and technology teams to ensure that programs, strategies, and processes are aligned with the overall organization direction.
Play a significant role in the coordination and engagement with Petrobras, ANP and all other local clients to maximize investment and funding opportunities for Baker Hughes Represent the center at industry conferences and events.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering Strong Oil & Gas market knowledge, with deep understanding of upstream and downstream processes Experience in working with major operators and identifying technology needs and gaps Experience in Leadership and project management Previous experience in end-to-end new product development and lifecycle support Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English Strong interpersonal skills Additional leadership experience in areas of operations, manufacturing and quality   Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
