REGULATORY COMPLIANCE MANAGER (LATAM)

Regulatory Compliance Manager (LATAM) - This role is open for Regulatory Compliance professionals who are based in Brazil or to those who are open to relocate to Brazil. This exciting new opportunity will be part of a world-class, award-winning e-gaming compliance team. You will be responsible for the implementation and management of Games Globals regulatory compliance framework. You will supervise the licensing projects of our games based on the jurisdictional gaming legislation, rules, and regulatory requirements specific to LATAM (Brazil) markets, to ensure the company's ongoing compliance. If you are a tenured and highly experienced regulatory compliance professional, then this role is for you! Responsibilities What will you be doing? Providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders on matters pertaining to gaming compliance legislation, helping to develop appropriate solutions to ensure current and future compliance with regulatory requirements. Assisting with the assessment and management of regulatory risks posed by products and services offered in any relevant jurisdictions. Managing licenses (or regulatory registrations) daily, including understanding the reporting obligations and legal requirements in assigned jurisdictions to ensure submission of high-quality reports to the relevant authorities. Building and maintaining positive relationships with regulators and any external local parties. Preparing and submitting license applications and renewals as required. Keeping abreast of relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes, advising on any potential impact and developing action plans as required. Managing the teams people management (if applicable). Liaising with various departments and building relationships with key stakeholders. Assisting our Head of Compliance with ad hoc queries. Promoting a Compliance Culture within the business. Qualifications Who are we looking for? A minimum of 6 years working in a compliance/regulatory role is required . A law degree; persons with other degrees such as business, finance, or IT will also be considered if they have relevant work experience in the Compliance area. Proven ability to comprehend and interpret licensing conditions. Understanding business needs and applying relevant legal requirements accordingly. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in developing relationships at all levels across organizations. Demonstrating sound knowledge and experience of Gambling Regulations. Experience liaising with Government regulators. Experience within the e-gaming industry is an advantage. Experience in managing the licensing and compliance processes within a gaming compliance environment is also an advantage. Portuguese native/fluent speaker is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
