REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER LATAM

Regional Operations Manager Latam - To track markets performance and KPIs, creating dashboards and leading forums of performance review and continuous improvement, and support the markets with project management and systems in the areas mentioned before. All the responsibilities we''ll trust you with:Team Management- Provide strategic and tactical guidance/mentoring to the local Operations Managers in the smaller markets; - Supports the region tohave the best team structure, right competences of the team and adequate target setting. Performance Management and Support to local teams- Support a proper implementation, monitoring and improvement of International and Local KPIs; - Facilitate performancereview meetings with the markets for tracking, action standard for continuous improvement and follow up by the Area Operations Manager; - Drive continuous improvement and identify best business practices for markets in the region, prevalent through the mechanics of benchmarking & root cause analysis to have lean supply chain systems and effective and efficient processes in place to handle finished goods and advertising material; - Look for opportunitiesof regional optimization; - To support alignment of structure, strategies & processes of the Operations department that will cater to the future needs of business of the area within the RB Group; - Responsible for evaluation, monitoring and performance of 3PLs; - Assurance that 3PL comply with RB standards and legal contract in all Operational topics. Projects- Supports local teams with project management of Logistics, Customer Service, new systems implementations, or current systems changes in these areas, and Process Optimization and Automation. Your areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:- Must have good experience in the area of Operations and Project Management; - Experience of working within an international supply chain in a group context; - Proven experience in strategic business integration cross functionally; - Records of business relationship management, change- & project management; - Analytical and eye fordetail are a pre-requisite for this position so is the ability to remoy manage the supply chain operation; - Excellent people manager and leader who has ability to motivate others in a pressurized environment; - Dynamic & Energetic team player able to meet deadlines and being stress resistant; - Deep working knowledgeof Confidential R/3 is a strong plus. - Good skills on all MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must. University Degree Engineering, Business Administration, etc. . including specialized qualifications in Supply Chain ManagementMastery of written and spoken English. Fluent in Spanish is an advantage. Travel 30-40%Permanent
