REGIONAL GAMING MANAGER (LATAM)

Regional Gaming Manager (Latam) - Through global, national, and local marketing teams in over 170 countries they inspire, encourage, challenge and empower people to make the most of their time and talent to bring the best ideas to life. ResponsibilitiesAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Good knowledge of the gaming scene in LATAM. Previous experience working professionally within the gaming / e-sports industry or related businesses, media and event production, gaming institutions or brands (with clear gaming / e-sports affinity). A history of working with players, streamers, creators, contracts and content creation as well as dealing with brand partnerships. Clear understanding of global entertainment, gaming industry, including legal and licensing. Good marketing and countrys relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc. ). Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc. ), presentation and motivational skills. Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things. Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a team. A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. University Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar areas. 25 50% work time travel availability (varies along the year). Team player, creative, communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine, networker innovative and self-motivated with a can do attitude and focused on delivering results.
