As our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating aGlobal market outreach program utilizing multiple channels to build effectiveRelationships with online and offline communities. CORE ACTIVITIES:Enhancing our career pages to be aligned to our strong employer brand and bringingAlcoa to life through telling our people- Tories, communicating our values andArticulating our opportunities; Developing recruitment marketing strategies for regional locations and globalOsitioning; Engage with Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment between CorporateBrand and Employer Brand and develop relevant content; Work with Inclusion and Diversity Team to understand Alcoa- Trategy and ensureIt is incorporated in all recruitment marketing initiatives; Contribute to the development and promotion of Alcoa- Employee Value PropositionAnd ensure alignment through the employee lifecycle; Develop strategic approach for mapping of talent outreach opportunities to attractKey skills, identify key geographical locations and be targeted in our approach; Drive out of the box thinking and new initiatives to achieve our key recruitmentAnd sourcing goals and objectives and develop new opportunities, including AlcoaAlumni Program; andConduct strategic analysis and reporting of source effectiveness, to ensureDecisions are data driven. Essential KnowledgePrevious experience in marketing management, ideally with a strong recruitmentFocus; Significant Project Management experience; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the abilityto buildRelationships and influence internal and external stakeholders; A proven track record with developing and executing effective marketingTrategies; Hands on experience withwebsite or portal design, development and deployment; A flexible attitude withthe ability to transition between the creative, strategicAnd tactical activities.
