Wir suchen Unterstützung in unserem QC Labor bei Takeda in Orth an der Donau, in dem der Hauptfokus auf der routinemäßigen Freigabetestung von Medikamenten aus humanem Plasma liegt.
Die Kerntätigkeit liegt bei QC-Freigabetestungen von ELISAs und Neutralisationsassays auf Basis von Zellkulturen.
Alle Arbeiten werden unter Biosafety Level 3 Bedingungen durchgeführt, wobei Viren bis zur Risikogruppe 2 zur Anwendung kommen.

Selbstständige Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von zeitkritischen, routinemäßigen Freigabetestungen unter GMP-Bedingungen, in Abstimmung mit dem Laborleiter Dokumentation der durchgeführten Assays, sowie die Datenerfassung und -verwaltung im Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS/Labware) Organisation und Kommunikation der Tätigkeiten, die für den GMP-konformen Betrieb unseres Labors nötig sind (z.
.
Erstellung, Revision und Verwaltung von SOPs, Logbüchern und anderer kontrollierter Labordokumente, Probenübernahme etc.) Mitarbeit bei Methodenentwicklungen/-validierungen, sowie Gerätequalifizierungen Dafür bringen Sie mit.
Biochemische/biotechnologische Ausbildung (z.
.
HTL, MTA, FH oder ähnliches) Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einem biochemischen Labor (Zellkultur, ELISAs und Arbeit mit Viren sind von Vorteil) Analytische Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis Kenntnisse der für analytische Qualitätskontrolllaboratorien geltenden GMP-Regularien (wünschenswert) Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse EDV-Kenntnisse Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten Genauigkeit und Interesse für Routinearbeit Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Das bieten wir Ihnen.
