As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team and lead our QA efforts – allowing us to deliver the best customer experience in the Legal industry.
\n Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of Pogust Goodhead.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and criteria for items of work.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and a passion for QA.
Assess current QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the development process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Litigation/Customer Development Teams, PMO, and Data, to ensure a seamless and high-quality release process.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for QA processes and regularly report on the status of quality to stakeholders.
Analyse testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that QA processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
About You Demonstrated experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successful QA project delivery.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, and a proactive approach to leveraging technology for quality improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
