PUBLIC STRATEGIC BUSINESS MANAGER

Public Strategic Business Manager - As the Public Strategic Business Manager, you going to develop a compelling business strategy for all portfolios on MoH and INCA (understanding of customer needs and Novartis opportunities), drive business investments (marketing, medical, and access) and a cross-function team coordinate to maximize Novartis business results. This position establishes and builds relationships with tier-1 and 2 influencers and decision-makers in the public sector in order to facilitate bringing our new medicines to patients consistently, efficiently and creating access conditions that recognize the value of innovation. . For more information about Novartis access (url removed) and (url removed)Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Develop compelling business strategy for all portfolio on strategic customers (understanding of customer needs and Novartis? opportunities), drive business investments (marketing, medical and access), and coordinate cross-function team to maximize Novartis business results ; ?A corporate-wide strategy for providing a cross-function coordinated and integrated value proposition, sales, and service approach to strategically critical accounts:MoH and INCA; ?Provide high customizedsolutions based on deep insight into customer?s needs to help address significant business issues and opportunities (in addition to core products and service offering); ?Develop a knowledge base and understanding of current and potential future oncology and rare policy changes and implications for Novartis businesses; ?Implement effective stakeholder management tool for MoH and influencer groups to reimbursement; ?Develop relationships and engagement with relevant tier 1 and 2 stakeholders in MoH and stakeholder groups influencers (CONASS, CONASEMS, etc ); ?Ensure effective and productive collaboration and exchange between CPO Public Affairs, Pricing, Market Access, and Commercial, Health Economics & Outcome Research (HEOR) functions, and BFs; ?Personally conduct high-level Listing negotiations, in collaboration with Public Market Access Head, Commercial Head, and BF Heads, balancing and meeting the demands of a high number of customers.
