Responsibilities Ensure EBS Projects Portfolio and Process Governance compliance Contribute to project management framework development within organization Establish structure and project governance Secure resources, and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes Manage each stage of projects to ensure timely and successful completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs, bringing the best value for business Responsible for daily management of the Project life cycle, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, providing necessary resources, and meeting regularly with key stakeholders Responsible for the risk management process being implemented in all phases of the project Effectively manage change in organization ensuring faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency of changes Communicate and coordinate with project members, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, resource owners and delivery teams Profile Bachelor degree within Business Management and Administration/Economics/Communication or other relevant field (long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal Education) 2-3 years working experience as a project manager in improvement projects, preferably in a global business services industry Extensive knowledge of project management (certification would be considered an asset) High level of initiative and responsibility, coordination skills Pronounced, self-driven and proven capabilities in identifying, initiating, engaging and managing change across the enterprise Excellent English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills We Offer Personal and proficient development Career opportunities, including subject matter experts, leading or global virtual roles Social wellbeing-oriented package Hybrid working model with home office allowance (10 days per month working from the office) Modern office environment (eco-friendly office with lounge, game room and other areas) Scandinavian culture supporting continuous improvement culture Strong company values and orientation towards people Much more benefits are waiting for you from the day one Offered Salary We offer salary from Eur to Eur/month gross (before taxes).
