Project Manager Associate - The group reports up to the WKO policy and regulatory projects group and is aligned to the business, working closely with the front, middle and back offices on efforts which are cross or multiproduct/channel/geography and aligned to a CIB and CB strategy goal. The successful applicant will be part of an international team delivering key aspects of the analysis and implementation phases, initially detailing business requirements, process flows and current/future state diagrams and subsequently the role will lead to the implementation phase. Managers assume handson leadership roles in these high priority initiatives and work closely with senior business management to set strategic direction, problem solve and drive execution. Key responsibilities include:Training sessions, procedures, and communications of tech and non tech releases Qualifications:Multiple large, complex projects that drive change in financial services. Key qualifications include:Experience (e. G. , strategy consulting, banking, program management) Understanding of business and management functions in Empresa importante and/or related financial services industries Experience with implementation of project management processes and methodologies in a large organization Experience managing and working with geographically distributed and functionally diverse workgroups Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage in dialogue with senior management Proven collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills Ability to network with internal stakeholder community to foster positive and proactive collaboration Excel and Empresa importante Project skills required
