This team will work in close collaboration throughout the organization to help craft the set of SAP Best Practices for AI development within and around BTP.

We will inspire customers on the art of the possible with AI and SAP, we will innovate new techniques, technologies, and methodologies to bring them to life and we will manifest our vision into reality through POCs.
We are looking to hire an end-to-end team starting with a set of functional architects, who are business process experts to isolate and identify the value of new AI driven processes across multiple industries.
Secondly, we are hiring a deeply capable technical team of experts in data strategy, data science, python, vectorization and knowledge graphs, BTP functionalities (Datasphere, SAP Build, CPI, UX, AI collaboration Hub, AI API Hub, etc), ML, AI training and more.
Lastly, the team will require a Program Manager to project manage the various POCs, internal team initiatives and share GTM responsibilities with the team leader.
While all roles will have their unique technical and functional aptitudes, the best candidates for this team will be insatiably curious, have unbounded creativity, a deep desire to teach and learn and a passion for sharing our stories with our customers, partners, and SAP colleagues.
Each team member must be willing to receive and GIVE feedback to the team to maximize knowledge transfer, lessons learned and best practice development.
Let’s invent some fire together! This role serves two primary functions.
The first is to manage all team activities both internally and externally to a prescribed schedule.
High levels of communication to each customer POC and customer contacts, deep networking and collaboration with internal teams and more.
The second function is to act as a GTM multiplier by positioning SAP Services AI capabilities via the platform, sourcing use cases, and generating demand within assigned region.
Requirements.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Act as a team leader, not just a product manager Self-empowered individual Some sales background/capability preferred Strong conceptual understanding on SAP AI platforms and toolsets Ability to understand process challenges and areas of opportunity Proven record of presenting compelling stories and content to customers Define standards for project work, best practices and governance Ability to say “No…but…” Responsibilities Ability to converse with SAEs, GADs, IAEs to create opportunities to engage with customers on our AI story, AI capabilities to position workshops with our functional architects.
Develop integration into the multitudes of GTM, Sales and Delivery teams to maximize opportunities Help create and define GTM content for regional consumption taking into consideration cultural and market sensitivities Project manage both internal and external initiatives within the group including all POCs with customers.
Ability to ensure POC commitments are upheld both internally and with customers to drive efficient and timely engagements.
