PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager - - Responsible for Delivery Projects - Project Management: full fill of sales contract, financial responsibility (budgeting, monthly estimation, add-on sales, invoicing, project purchasing, change management, +/- calculations, transfer of ownership, final recognition), overall technical and schedule responsibility, project planning and follow-up, sourcing planning, risk management, resource estimation and planning together with engineering managers & lead engineer, transfer project to service organization. - Responsible Leading of project team: project organization, clear responsibilities in project organization, good working atmosphere. - Responsible for Customer contacts: main contact person towards customer. - Responsible for Meetings: project meetings with customer, project meetings with process suppliers, internal meetings with project team, sales etc. , transfer from sales, internal kick-of meeting with project team, internal project follow-up meeting (engineering phase: minimum once/month), transfer to service. - Responsible for Planning of on-site operations for Valmet Automation´s delivery: site planning together with site manager, support on-site operations,- Responsible for HSE: ensures that employees have taken required safety training and job related training for the job, ensures risk assessment is done at Customer site, supervises the working environment and the safety of the equipment, ensures all employees are using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), controls that work is undertaken according to HSE procedures, reports and investigates incidents, near misses and risk observations according to the company rules, take over from customer, final acceptance with customer- Responsible for Reporting: Internal reporting for management, monthly progress reporting to Customer, makes sure that start-up and performance report will be done in time. - Responsible for Feedback: collecting and distributing feedback for Sales, Operations, Sourcing, R&D. - Responsible for Delivery projects KPI''s: customer satisfaction, project margin development from sales booking to closing, add-on sales volume. In addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electric, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related areas). - Solid experience in Project area. - Fluent English (speak, written and read). - Fluent Portuguese (speak, written and read). - Availability to move to Sorocaba/SP. - Availability for travels. - Excellent organization and complex solution analysis skills. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in our multilevel customer organization. - Ability to develop and maintain relationship within multilevel customer organization. - Organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
