Buscamos un Project Manager para liderar y gestionar proyectos técnicos en nuestra empresa. En esta posición, serás responsable de garantizar la rentabilidad del proyecto a través de la gestión efectiva de los KPIs, resolver los problemas del proyecto de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente y definir las prioridades y objetivos claros para el equipo.
Serás el principal punto de contacto del proyecto y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los miembros del equipo y otros departamentos para garantizar la entrega exitosa del proyecto.
Competencias:
- Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente.
- Experiencia en el sector tecnológico.
- Experiencia en procesos de automatización.
- Habilidad para liderar y gestionar proyectos técnicos de manera efectiva.
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y otros proveedores.
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, herramientas y técnicas.
