Program Manager Ats, Row Ats Tech - Key job responsibilities**In this role, you will**:- Own and execute the product roadmap for ATS transportation-related products in Brazil. - Work with key stakeholders across various functions to plan and execute launches of new tech products. - Launch and expand the product as per Amazons requirements while being responsible for all customer and operator satisfaction, performance, compliance, and financial-related metrics. - Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions. - Exhibit program and product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities. - Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan. This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of leveraging global technology to drive the highest-bar operator experience; manage performance and measure, determine, and drive any initiatives necessary to improve it. It requires an individual to showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon. - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
