PROGRAM MANAGER

Program Manager - . . This requires being embedded into product teams to serve as a source of friction-reduction and steady execution. Youll unblock other Product Managers to help them as they interact with other teams. Youll also own the divisions product portfolio, ensuring were meeting our planned roadmap timelines and delivering what our customers need. This requires strong coordination across product suites to create a single holistic vision of our products. Strong focus will be on two critical initiatives:Has a strong understanding of Program Management andProduct Management best practices, tools, methodologies, and frameworks. Has experience managing full product portfolios made up of 6- product lines optimized for the financial and strategic goals ofour organization. Has experience supporting programs from ideation to GTM execution. Has experience working with all stakeholder groups to collaboratively execute complex projects and tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations. Is a master at reporting status updates that are timely, accurate, informative, and interesting. This includes data visualization and presentations for leadership. Is detail oriented with a strong information architecture approach to organizing large amounts of information. Has strong analytical skills and is a creative problem-solver who can leverage information from many sources to deliver complete, actionable plans and results, systems thinking. Can think both strategically (Where are we going with this over the next months) and tactically (Whats needed to get this to the next release). As a generalist and outcomes owner, can fill any gap needed to deliver, including writing functional specs, project/release plans, roadmaps, and technical proposals. Proven ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced environmentRequirements6- years of experience in portfolio and program management and/or operations and staff function leadership roles. Has successful track record leading multi-functional teams on product and service delivery.
